Definitions
Current: Price match must be within 30 days of purchase for furniture or bedding and within 10 days on any electronics, appliances or floor covering. Price quote must be issued within 30 days of price match to qualify. Expired advertisements or price quotes do not qualify.
Identical: Brand, model number, fabric number and color must be the same.
Local Retailer: A brick and mortar store within a 30-mile radius.
Services, terms, and conditions: Delivery, assembly, installation, availability, financing and payment terms, and other services must be the same.
Merchandise: Not valid on extended protection plans, fabricoate, labor, etc.
Subject to verification: Pricing must be verified through a price quote on store letterhead, advertisement or other verifiable source.
Exclusions: The following exclusions that apply include but are not limited to: volume discounts, bid pricing, limited quantity, discontinued, open box, liquidation, floor samples, as-is or other one-of-a-kind merchandise, sales tax, rebates, free offers, special hour sales, doorbusters, clearance, typographical errors, credit card or installment plan incentive, financing options, and online purchases.
Restrictions: Certain brands such as Serta, Tempur-Pedic and Lexington have minimum retail price policies to abide by.
